OCCAS
Connecting real flight telemetry to the conditions it was flown in.
The Operational Context Corpus for Autonomous Systems pairs PX4 flight logs with external context and records the provenance behind each analysis.
Updated from public sources ·
An agreement study, with a negative result
The public analysis compares ERA5 wind with onboard PX4 estimates across 871 runs and 1,059 run-hours. It finds no evidence of a systematic component-wise offset, but agreement is too imprecise for ERA5 to substitute for onboard estimates under the predeclared usefulness criterion.
Evidence that can be inspected
The repository records the methodology, manifests, sensitivity analyses, and post-hoc corrections. A public v0.1.0 release is available. Results are aggregate; raw geolocated trajectories are not redistributed. An operational-design-domain representation remains future work.
